Five to six months project.

My role
In my role as a product designer, I took full ownership of all design aspects, including art direction, design system, and leading the project from start to finish.
I initiated discussions with the sales team to gather insights about clients and users, conducted research, and analyzed the issues at hand.
After aligning with the team on business goals, I created wireframes and proposed ideas to the PO, PM and BA. Once we agreed on the new structure, I incorporated branding elements into the interface. I presented the final design to the wider team, worked closely with the developer to ensure smooth implementation, and oversaw details like CSS and UI animations.

The process
I collaborated closely with the UX designer to identify and understand the needs of our users. By leveraging their expertise and conducting user research, we gained valuable insights to inform the design process.
Additionally, I worked closely with the Business Analyst (BA) to align our design decisions with the overall business goals.
Together, we developed a user flow that seamlessly integrated user needs with the desired outcomes of the organization. This collaborative approach ensured that the final design solution effectively addressed both user requirements and business objectives, creating a user flow that prioritized a seamless and impactful user experience. Please see the following examples.

To meet the user's need for collaboration with different teams, we implemented a range of status options. These statuses allow users to communicate their availability and workload effectively, facilitating seamless collaboration and enabling efficient team interaction. With indicators such as "started," "on track," and "Overdue," etc... users can easily connect and work together, promoting productivity and streamlined communication across teams.

Through creative brainstorming and collaboration, I identified areas for improvement and translated these ideas into visual wireframes. By adopting new concepts, we aimed to enhance the user experience, making the platform more engaging and user-friendly.

The Outcome
We have developed the MVP for our tool, with a primary focus on desktop development. However, the tool is also designed to be responsive, ensuring optimal functionality across different devices.
If you are interested in exploring further, I would be delighted to provide you with a comprehensive walkthrough of the tool, highlighting its features and demonstrating its capabilities. Please don't hesitate to reach out.
