Creating a virtual community
WorldLabs is an innovation platform that also provides a range of add-ons for our clients, including: branding and outreach material & Bespoke tools, features and integrations.
Our clients include Universities, organisations, companies and so on. When they decided to create a virtual community on WorldLabs. They can also purchase a custom landing page and stakeholders pages for their community. 



My role
Once the clients have chosen the package. I will then speak to the sales team to find out some background information before setting up a meeting with the clients.
Afterward, I will go through the design details and requirements with the clients. Once we make an agreement, I will look into brand guidelines and work on the layout. Clients will provide copies and other assets if required.
Once we agree with everything, I will then work with developers to make sure everything goes according to plan.

It is important to know the wants and needs of the users and the reason of joining the community. I created the persona in order to have a better understanding of the behaviour of a daily user.
